The Honors College is proud to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our graduating students at this year’s Honors College Degree Recognition Ceremony!

The Honors graduation will serve as an exciting kickoff event for all graduation ceremonies across the university.
New This Year: The Honors Medallion
Graduates will now receive a custom medallion instead of a traditional cord to better complement Honors College students throughout graduation season. The medallion’s design was crafted by Honors student Aspen Delis on the Honors Student Advisory Committee (HSAC) and signifies the incredible work Honors graduates have put in during their time at the U.
Ceremony Highlights:
University of Utah VIPs will be in attendance alongside graduates, their families, and Honors faculty and staff. During the ceremony, HSAC will announce the Sweet Candy Professor for the 2024-2025 academic year, and those in attendance will hear speeches from Honors Dean Pasupathi, a select student, and the Sweet Candy Professor from the previous academic year.
