The Peer Support positions cover a variety of mentoring opportunities available to rising Sophomores and current students enrolled in the University of Utah Honors College. Mentors will get to know fellow Honors students, and help build a supportive and welcoming community at all levels of the college. Mentors will support students in a variety of face-to-face, group, and virtual settings to at various points of their undergraduate career. This could include leading a “walking discussion” around campus to help first-year students feel more at home on campus or organizing a statistics refresher for yourself and your peers to support your thesis research.

Eligibility:
- Be in good academic standing in the Honors College
- Be able to commit for both Fall and Spring semesters
- Mandatory participation in on-line training over May-July 2022
- Required multi-day orientation session prior to Fall semester 2022
